Project Associate – Migration Reintegration (NAMAD)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Project Associate to support the Migration and Development in North Africa (NAMAD) Phase III project in Guinea. Working under the supervision of senior mission staff, the incumbent will help implement activities that promote sustainable reintegration of migrants and vulnerable returnees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for reintegration project activities.
• Assist with beneficiary registration, documentation, filing and data entry following IOM procedures.
• Support the organization of workshops, trainings, sensitisation sessions and meetings.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics and related administrative processes in collaboration with relevant units.
• Collect, consolidate and perform basic analysis of data for monitoring and reporting.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing and archiving of project documentation.
• Liaise with government partners, civil‑society organisations and external service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in administrative and logistical support within humanitarian or development projects.
• Ability to manage beneficiary data, documentation and reporting requirements.
• Strong organisational skills for coordinating events, trainings and stakeholder meetings.
• Familiarity with procurement and logistics processes in an international setting.
• Good communication skills for interaction with partners, government agencies and community groups.
