Flowmingo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a trusted connector between our AI‑powered interview platform and hiring teams. This remote, commission‑based position is ideal for recruiters, HR consultants, or anyone with a strong network in the hiring space who wants flexible, performance‑driven work.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Demonstrate how the platform streamlines hiring, improves candidate experience, and reduces time‑to‑hire.
• Guide new users through onboarding and help them integrate Flowmingo into their workflow.
• Collect and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Work independently and earn commissions based on successful client referrals.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Passionate about recommending tools that add measurable value.
• Clear communicator able to explain product benefits.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a flexible, results‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring workflows.
