Territory Manager – Retail Site Performance

About the role

The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing retail sites within a defined geographic area, ensuring they consistently deliver the Customer Commitment, meet HSSE standards, and achieve sales and operational targets. The role combines performance analysis, retailer coaching, and business development to create mutual growth for the retailer and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify performance gaps across service, people, and site operations and propose corrective actions.
• Advise retailers on Vivo‑recommended tools, processes, and support to improve profitability.
• Coach, motivate, and manage retailer performance to meet sales, cost, and HSSE objectives.
• Maintain positive retailer relationships and provide counseling for under‑performing sites.
• Deliver sales and operations targets through regular reviews and action plans.
• Ensure compliance with Customer Commitment, Site Operations/HSSE standards, contracts, and manuals.
• Develop and maintain a retailer master plan, including succession planning and recruitment involvement.
• Conduct site visits using the Call Planning Cycle tool and support competitive fuel pricing procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail site management or territory sales.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and P&L statements.
• Ability to coach and develop retailer teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of HSSE requirements and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
