SEO/SEM Specialist – Drive Organic & Paid Search Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The role will optimise website content, manage link‑building programmes and run PPC campaigns on Google and Bing to maximise ROI and boost visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion and optimisation to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages and site structure for SEO and improved user experience.
• Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and coordinate with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximise ROI and minimise cost per acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse website analytics (GA4), PPC initiatives and SEO performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links, keyword strategies and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with a portfolio of successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup supply to ensure zero downtime during work hours.
• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript development constraints is a plus.
