Warehouse Officer – Parts

About the role

The Warehouse Officer – Parts is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of machine parts for internal and external customers. Working within the Parts and Service department, you will ensure that all goods move smoothly through the warehouse and reach the workshop or customers on time.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing goods, both physically and administratively.
• Prepare orders for shipment and manage daily purchase and sales orders.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and report any stock issues.
• Ensure clean and orderly storage areas while following safety guidelines.
• Interact with internal and external customers at the counter and support workshop distribution.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (MBO) or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Forklift Driver's License.
• VCA basic safety certificate.
