Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in Guinea. The role ensures efficient handling of spare parts and equipment, supports sales and service teams, and maintains a lean, 5S‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and a team of material handlers.
• Manage inbound and outbound stock movements, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Organise physical inventories and analyse stock variances.
• Implement and monitor 5S processes and support related audits.
• Maintain safety standards for employees and external parties in the warehouse and yard.
• Resolve inbound/outbound issues quickly and contribute to continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and analyse data.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Good knowledge of IT systems used for warehouse management.
