Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will manage the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget monitoring, and compliance with regulations. This role demands strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication in English.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
• Monitor daily financial transactions for accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare payroll support documentation as needed.
• Monitor cash flow and company expenditures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and financial institutions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in improving financial procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial software.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (advantage).
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
