About the role
The Finance Specialist will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget monitoring and compliance with regulations. This role combines analytical rigor with effective communication in English to support decision‑making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, statements and periodic reports.
- Monitor daily transactions, reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting and cash‑flow management.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and support payroll documentation when required.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies and support internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial data, provide recommendations to management and contribute to improving procedures and internal controls.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients and financial institutions while maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with financial software and ERP/accounting systems.
