About the role

The Technicien Spécialiste – électricité auto/climatisation will ensure that workshop projects are delivered with the highest quality and reliability, meeting the schedule defined in the project plan. Working in a fully equipped REMAN workshop for mining equipment, the role combines electrical, mechanical and supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise workshop labour and resources to achieve operational targets.
• Assist the workshop manager in short‑ and mid‑term planning, taking parts delivery into account.
• Monitor daily work progress against the plan and allocate job cards to technicians based on skill sets.
• Supervise sub‑ordinates to guarantee work quality according to Komatsu Standard Procedures.
• Ensure proper use of RESO software by workers.
• Provide daily operational reports, timesheets and component testing reports to the Senior Supervisor.
• Maintain detailed records, pictures, and labor logs for every job.
• Deliver on‑the‑job training, technical advice and promote safe working practices.
• Enforce zero‑tolerance safety standards and keep the workshop clean and organized.

Required profile

• Craft or advanced certificate in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a fully equipped REMAN workshop handling mining machine components.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics and electricity.
• Customer‑focused attitude and respect for leadership.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
