About the role
Mansa Resources is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer to lead SCADA, PLC, automation and control system activities at the Kouroussa Gold Mine. Reporting to the Process Plant / Maintenance Manager, you will ensure reliability, performance and optimisation of electrical and instrumentation assets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise SCADA, PLC, HMI and automation systems.
- Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of E&I failures.
- Support commissioning, installation and modification of plant control systems.
- Maintain integrity of alarms, interlocks and equipment protection systems.
- Mentor and develop engineers and technicians.
Required profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mining, processing plants or heavy industry.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
