Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The role supports data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting for the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analysis to inform programme decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate programme indicators and outcomes.
• Perform impact assessments and synthesize evidence from quantitative and qualitative sources.
• Prepare dashboards, performance reports and results documentation.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting monitoring‑evaluation‑learning (MEL), evaluation or impact assessment, including dashboard creation and performance reporting.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
