Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will manage financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, monitor budgets, support audits, and maintain compliance with regulations and company policies. The role demands strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication in English.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and reconcile bank statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Monitor cash flow, company expenditures, and prepare periodic financial reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and commitment to accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial software.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (advantage).
