Officier Senior Centre des Services IT

About the role

The Senior IT Service Center Officer will provide first‑level technical assistance to users, diagnose and resolve incidents on IT infrastructure, and route more complex issues to the appropriate teams. This position is based in Conakry and is open to Guinean nationals on a local contract.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain technical equipment in meeting rooms and training spaces.
• Create and enrich user documentation and maintain the knowledge base.
• Provide phone‑based technical support, log incidents and requests, and follow up using support tools.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft 365 and authorized hardware.
• Perform Level‑1 corrective repairs on desktops, laptops, printers and other peripheral devices.

Required profile

• Licence or Master in Applied Computer Methods for Business Management or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of similar experience, preferably in mining.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, preferably bilingual French/English.

Required skills

• Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft 365.
• Cisco networking products.
• LAN, TCP/IP, security infrastructure, Windows domains, network printing.
• Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
