Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to support our regional manager in driving market growth for earthmoving machinery. The role involves gathering market intelligence, coordinating with distributors, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect relevant business data to assist the regional manager in formulating market plans.
• Gather market demand feedback and propose product optimization suggestions.
• Visit local markets with distributors to explore and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify and develop potential agent partners.
• Supervise daily operations of distributor departments, report issues, and promote improvements.
• Assist in organizing brand promotion, exhibitions, advertising, and other marketing activities.
• Support the construction of distributor outlets and guide VI design implementation.
• Coordinate production and logistics, exchange market information, and provide technical support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in machinery sales, preferably earthmoving equipment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficient with common office software.
