Warehouse Officer

About the role

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring that machine parts are stored, processed, and delivered efficiently. This role supports the Parts and Service department to meet internal and external customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily purchase and sales orders both physically and administratively.
• Receive, store, and prepare goods for shipment while maintaining accurate records.
• Provide feedback on stock issues and ensure efficient storage.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and follow safety guidelines.
• Interact with internal and external customers at the counter.
• Distribute incoming goods to the workshop and mechanics as needed.

Required profile

• MBO level education with a technical focus.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Forklift Driver's License.
• VCA basic safety certificate.
• Practical logistics handling skills.
