Warehouse Officer – Logistics & Parts Handling

About the role

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring that machine parts are stored, processed, and delivered to internal and external customers on time and in perfect condition. This position works closely with the Parts and Service department to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing goods.
• Handle daily purchase and sales orders both physically and administratively.
• Collect orders, prepare shipments, and provide feedback on stock issues.
• Maintain efficient storage, orderliness, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Follow established safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist customers at the counter and coordinate distribution of incoming goods to the workshop.

Required profile

• MBO‑level technical education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes.
• Valid Forklift Driver’s License.
• VCA basic safety certification.
