About the role
The Cashier will provide exceptional customer service at Vivo Energy service stations, handling transactions accurately and contributing to the efficiency of daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process all receipts, paying‑in slips and cheques, and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Deposit receipts in the bank daily and monitor bank statements and balances.
- Follow up on bounced checks and drafts, informing relevant parties promptly.
- Maintain cash voucher filing and conduct daily reconciliation of cash and card sales.
Required profile
- Finance or economics degree, or qualified accountant.
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer‑service role.
- Strong numerical and math abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems.
- Cash management practices.
