Core Network Engineer – PS/CS/IMS

About the role

We are looking for a Core Network Engineer specialized in Packet Switching (PS), Circuit Switching (CS) and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) to join our team in Conakry, Guinea. The role involves delivering and maintaining NFV‑based core network solutions for telecom operators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, installation, deployment, integration, commissioning, testing and acceptance of Core Network (NFV/PS/CS/IMS) projects.
• Perform routing maintenance and resolve issues on live networks.
• Act as the technical interface with customers and internal teams, clarifying solutions and project status.
• Guide the delivery team to meet project targets and mentor new staff on NFV/PS/CS/IMS technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering Core Network NFV/PS/CS/IMS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, signaling flows and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications or a related field.
