Field Based Account Manager – Power & Industry

About the role

The Field Based Account Manager will grow Vivo Energy Guinea’s business in the competitive Power & Industry sectors, focusing on both existing customers and new prospects to increase volume and margin.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop long‑term relationships with key power and industry customers, coordinating activities and CRM with the central Vivo Energy team.
• Develop and monitor pipelines, forecast consumption, and provide accurate sales forecasts for effective S&OP.
• Plan and conduct sales negotiations, create quarterly visit plans, and update CRM (C4C) weekly with call reports and account plans.
• Monitor competitor activity, coordinate marketing grids, and manage tenders and credit policy compliance.

Required profile

• Engineering qualification with at least 5 years of technical/commercial experience in selling, negotiating and business development.
• Strong knowledge of the Power & Industry sectors, fuels and lubricants supply operations, and HSE requirements.
• Proven influencing ability, analytical and problem‑solving skills, and experience coaching others.

Required skills

• CRM usage (C4C) and sales forecasting.
• Understanding of fuel operations procedures and credit policy implementation.
