About the role
The company, a diversified business group operating across EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing and other sectors, is seeking a senior finance leader to head its Finance & Accounts function in Conakry, Guinea. This urgent hiring aims to strengthen financial governance, reporting and strategic planning across the group.
Required profile
- 12–18+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 10 years in senior leadership (Senior Manager level or above).
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in French‑speaking countries and fluency in French.
- Master’s degree preferred; knowledge of OHADA regulations is an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong expertise in IFRS, financial reporting and taxation.
- Proficiency in treasury, budgeting, audits, banking and financial controls.
