About the role

The Marketing Manager will design and execute the company’s overseas marketing strategy. You will lead campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and work closely with internal and external partners to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse overseas market and competitor data to develop product promotion and market‑share growth plans.
• Maintain relationships with overseas OEMs, dealers and key accounts, conduct product promotions and drive order generation.
• Collaborate with domestic business teams on export order transmission, competitor analysis and overseas product development.
• Synchronise product flow data, coordinate service support with key accounts and dealers, and strengthen overseas market service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in internal combustion engine, mechanical engineering, marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with the ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal, written and organisational communication skills.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of internal combustion engines or new‑energy sectors.
• Understanding of product structural design and performance parameters for competitiveness analysis.
• Market analysis and competitor analysis capabilities.
