Sales Supervisor – Retail & Solar Solutions (Guinea)

About the role

GI EXPERTISE, a human‑resources consulting firm, is recruiting a Sales Supervisor on behalf of a client operating in the energy trade sector. The role is based in Guinea and focuses on driving retail sales of solar products, batteries, inverters and related energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Retail Sales Specialists.
• Develop sales of solar and energy‑related products across the distribution network.
• Build and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, resellers and installers.
• Set, monitor and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Expand market coverage and improve product visibility.
• Analyse competitor activity, pricing and market trends.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Technical and After‑Sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, distribution or network management.
• Proven experience supervising a sales team.
• Experience in solar energy, electronics, telecommunications, FMCG or electrical products is an advantage.
• Fluent French and professional level English.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and results‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field activities.
