SAP Senior Manager – Strategic Leadership & Transformation

About the role

The SAP Senior Manager will provide strategic leadership for Gibraltar Building Products' SAP ecosystem, guiding digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the platform supports core business processes across finance, procurement, operations, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a SAP roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, updates, and ongoing optimization projects.
• Manage SAP budgets, vendor relationships, consulting partners, and project portfolios.
• Oversee cross‑functional SAP functional and technical teams, fostering collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements in finance, procurement, warehouse operations, customer service, sales, and quality.
• Ensure SAP platform reliability, security, compliance, and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and enterprise‑wide implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
