Space Applications Expert, Satellite Navigation & Connectivity

About the role

NTU International is seeking a highly qualified Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on satellite navigation, GNSS augmentation systems, satellite connectivity and the promotion of space‑based applications across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Support activities related to satellite navigation, GNSS and augmentation systems.
• Support satellite connectivity initiatives and the development and uptake of space‑based applications throughout Africa.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, aeronautics, geomatics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in satellite navigation, telecommunications, satellite connectivity or related applications.
• At least 4 years of experience with satellite‑navigation or connectivity applications, including GNSS, SBAS, aviation or maritime use cases, and satellite broadband.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Galileo, EGNOS and IRIS² (including relevant African initiatives).
• Strong command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
