Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a seasoned expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role focuses on developing space and geospatial markets, fostering innovation, and enhancing investment readiness across African and European ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses and feasibility studies for space and geospatial sectors.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Support commercialisation pathways and guide companies toward investment readiness.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and partnership building between African and EU stakeholders.
• Provide advisory services on financing options and investment strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in space or geospatial markets.
• Strong understanding of African space markets and investment ecosystems is an asset.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
