About the role

The Change Management Specialist will lead the change management discipline for the IS&T function at the Simandou mining project. Reporting to the IS&T Operations Manager, the role is responsible for defining the overall change strategy, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable embedding of IT systems, technologies and processes across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the IS&T change management strategy and roadmap, integrating change activities into technical and operational plans throughout the mine lifecycle.
• Establish a consistent change management approach, including standards and tools, and govern their application by project teams, delivery teams and suppliers.
• Collaborate with IS&T operations to support sustainable system adoption, continuous improvement and successful new deployments.
• Lead impact and readiness assessments for new deployments and operational evolutions, and devise strategies to minimise disruption and adoption risk.
• Provide high‑level leadership and guidance to project teams, delivery teams and external partners to ensure coherent integration of change.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management within IT or technology‑focused projects.
• Strong ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment and to support operational continuity.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Guinea (position open to Guinean nationals only).
