Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support stakeholder mobilisation, institutional events, innovation competitions and challenges, outreach activities, and B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and engage stakeholders throughout the Africa‑EU space partnership programme.
• Plan, organise and deliver institutional events and innovation competitions.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking activities to connect private and public sector actors.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation, institutional communication or ecosystem mobilisation.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting institutional events, outreach, innovation challenges or matchmaking, including stakeholder mapping.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
