Trainer Planner – Onsite Training Scheduler

About the role

Momentum Studios SAS is looking for a full‑time Trainer Planner to join the on‑site team in Beyla. You will design, implement and monitor training schedules, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training schedules.
• Coordinate resources and manage logistics for all training sessions.
• Evaluate training programs and track employee progress through detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to tailor training content.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve training efficiency.
• Follow a FIFO roster: 12 weeks on‑site, 4 weeks off, with travel and accommodation costs covered by the company.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and planning abilities, including scheduling and project management.
• Experience in training program design and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site and strong time‑management and collaboration capabilities.
• Background in workforce planning or human resources is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in training, instructional design or similar fields are beneficial.
