About the role
The Warranty Administrator will manage warranty claims for equipment used in public works, mining, quarrying and transport. You will act as the main liaison between suppliers, dealers and customers, ensuring claims are processed accurately and within OEM deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Handle warranty claims from dealers and customers, ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to meet OEM deadlines and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate administrative files for each claim.
- Evaluate reports and provide service support for warranty contracts.
- Manage service contract claims and follow up on product improvement actions.
- Assist the technical helpdesk with complex technical problems, especially communication with suppliers.
- Monitor and follow up pending warranty work orders.
Required profile
- Minimum A2 degree.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- At least 2 years of experience in warranty administration or a related field.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with SAP.
