Electro Mechanical Engineer

About the role

This full‑time position is based on‑site in Dubréka and focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of electromechanical systems and components. The Electro Mechanical Engineer will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while meeting industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electromechanical systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Perform technical analysis to improve system functionality and reliability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise equipment performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, tools, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with PLC programming.
• Knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering principles.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering and electromechanics concepts.
• Experience in electromechanical systems design and maintenance (advantageous).
