About the role
Join a leading European travel‑tech platform as a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative. You will work remotely to help vacation‑rental homeowners explore partnership opportunities and guide them through the early qualification process.
Key responsibilities
- Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
- Conduct lead pre‑qualification calls, asking questions about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Accurately manage and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
- Maintain detailed interaction records and ensure smooth hand‑over to the sales team.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a team.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive – lead and pipeline management CRM.
- General CRM system proficiency.
