Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling inbound and outbound interactions and providing first‑level assistance to users of a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
• Manage cases, log interactions and maintain accurate call histories.
• Assist homeowners and travelers with modifications, cancellations, deposit claims and escalations.
• Analyze call data and share feedback to improve processes.
• Stay updated on platform changes and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and reliable broadband connection.
• Availability to work 30‑40 hours per week, CET time zone, with mandatory weekend shift (12 pm‑8 pm).

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack for team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office tools.
• Operating systems: Windows 11 or macOS 14.
• Use of a wired USB headset.
