Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget monitoring, and regulatory compliance. This position requires strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and fluent English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
• Monitor daily transactions, manage accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure tax and policy compliance.
• Analyze financial data, provide recommendations, and improve internal controls.
• Prepare payroll support documentation and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and financial institutions.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting.
• Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
