Stock Management Manager – 10 Openings

About the role

GI EXPERTISE, in partnership with Carrefour Market, is seeking ten Stock Management Managers to ensure continuous product availability, optimise inventory levels and support store operations across its network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan stock levels based on sales forecasts and monitor daily inbound, outbound and transferred goods.
• Supervise goods receiving, verify deliveries against purchase orders and manage discrepancies.
• Organise cycle counts and annual inventories, analyse discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Track KPIs such as stock‑out rate, product availability, turnover, value, coverage, shrinkage and inventory accuracy; prepare regular performance reports.
• Lead storekeepers and stock controllers, create work schedules, train new staff and evaluate performance.
• Use ERP/WMS systems to maintain accurate stock data, monitor transactions and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health‑safety rules, product traceability, expiry monitoring and storage standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stock management, inventory control and logistics within a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise teams, organise work schedules and drive performance improvements.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS stock management systems and KPI monitoring.
