职位概况

负责西非几内亚公司内部高尔夫球场（含酒店、会所）的整体运营管理，制定年度计划并落实预算，确保球场、酒店、餐饮等业务高效运行。

主要职责

统筹18洞球场、酒店、餐饮、会所、球童及贵宾接待等全链条业务。
制定并执行运营流程、服务标准，提升服务品质。
策划、组织高尔夫赛事及商务活动，提供现场保障。
管理运营成本、物资采购、设施设备及供应商。
建立运营数据分析与质量检查机制，推动持续改进。
负责中外籍团队建设、培训、绩效考核及日常管理。

任职要求

统招本科及以上学历，优先高尔夫管理、体育管理、酒店管理等相关专业。
10年以上高尔夫俱乐部运营管理经验，熟悉18洞球场完整运营体系。
具备酒店、会所综合管理经验者优先。
良好的英语沟通能力，法语优先。
能够长期驻外，适应西非工作与生活环境。

必备技能

熟悉高尔夫规则与礼仪、赛事组织、贵宾接待。
成本管控与运营数据分析能力。
跨文化团队管理与沟通协调能力。
