About the role

GI EXPERTISE is recruiting on behalf of Carrefour Market in Conakry for a range of retail and food‑service positions. The roles cover cafeteria management, checkout supervision, cold‑storage oversight, butchery, bakery, kitchen, cashiering, stock handling and delivery. All positions are fixed‑term and based on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the cafeteria, checkout counters, cold‑storage, butchery, bakery and kitchen.
• Ensure product quality, hygiene and food‑safety standards are consistently met.
• Manage inventory, supplies and stock levels across all departments.
• Train, schedule and lead teams of staff, handling customer service issues promptly.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash registers and handle cash‑handling procedures.
• Receive, stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring shelves are well‑presented.
• Deliver goods on time, verify loading/unloading, and maintain vehicle safety.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or training in business, management, hospitality, catering or a related field, depending on the position.
• Professional experience required for managerial roles (e.g., cafeteria manager, head butcher, head baker, head chef).
• Retail or food‑service experience preferred.
