About the role

Reporting directly to the Finance Generalist Supervisor, you will join the accounting department to ensure the accuracy, reliability and regulatory compliance of financial data. The role combines general ledger maintenance, revenue analysis, tax support and reporting for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse the customer portfolio, extract account balances and justify discrepancies.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve any mismatches.
• Track revenue against targets, ensure compliance with the Target Pass ratio and provide performance insights.
• Verify the accuracy of financial files, statements and reports; keep financial data up‑to‑date.
• Support monthly and annual closing processes and prepare timely tax declarations.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses, monitoring key performance indicators.
• Assist the Finance Generalist Supervisor with ad‑hoc tasks and coordinate with auditors and external consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Finance, Accounting or Business Management.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting and accounting operations.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using accounting software.
