Administrative Associate, Finance (G5)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an Administrative Associate, Finance (G5) for its sub‑office in Mamou, Guinea. The incumbent will support the financial management of the sub‑office, ensuring compliance with IOM rules and donor requirements while contributing to transparent and accountable use of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Control and verify accounting documents for the Mamou sub‑office.
• Prepare monthly accounting closing entries and compile financial submissions for the IOM Headquarters.
• Coordinate logistics and procurement activities in line with IOM policies and donor regulations.
• Monitor financial transactions to guarantee transparency, reliability and proper resource utilization.
• Assist the NRMO and RMO in financial reporting and audit preparation.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of IOM’s mandate, objectives and operational environment.
• Understanding of external partners and donor requirements.
• Ability to ensure compliance of financial and administrative operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
