Assistant(e) Terrain Réintégration G4

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Field Assistant for Reintegration (G4) to support the implementation of the Protection, Return and Reintegration of Migrants (MPRR) programme in Guinea.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of reintegration, awareness‑raising and data‑collection activities in target regions.
• Support coordination of field activities, monitor beneficiaries and follow up on their progress.
• Liaise with government authorities, local NGOs and community partners to ensure effective collaboration.
• Assist external partners and service providers in delivering reintegration services.

Required profile

• University degree in development studies, social sciences, statistics or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of proven experience in similar field‑assistant or reintegration roles.
• Fluency in English or French (official IOM languages) as assessed during selection.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work with SAP (considered an asset).
• Strong computer literacy.
