Bilingual Supervisor Support Technician – Solar Energy

About the role

The Supervisor Support Technician will lead technical support for commercial and industrial (C&I) solar energy projects, overseeing installation, testing, commissioning and after‑sales service. The role requires bilingual communication in French and English and frequent travel to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise technical activities for C&I solar projects, including site surveys, load assessments and feasibility studies.
• Review technical proposals, designs, BOQs and installation plans.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover of solar, inverter and battery systems.
• Lead diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
• Manage technicians, installers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse and after‑sales teams.
• Prepare technical reports and document all interventions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electronics or related field.
• 5–7 years of technical experience in solar PV, energy storage or C&I electrical installations.
• Proven experience supervising technical teams.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Strong diagnostic, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work under pressure and travel to project sites.
