Dioula Bilingual Expert (Remote)

About the role

This remote contract position focuses on providing high‑quality Dioula and English language data to train next‑generation AI models. Your linguistic expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand and generate language, without requiring prior AI experience.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe video content in Dioula and English, ensuring precise replication of spoken words.
• Mark accurate timestamps for each transcribed segment to facilitate easy reference.
• Analyze and describe the emotional tone, intent, and non‑verbal cues of speakers.
• Evaluate and critique grammar, syntax, and tone in both languages to improve model training.
• Define and elaborate on conceptual meanings of words and expressions for deeper AI comprehension.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to meet linguistic quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dioula and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in linguistics, translation, or transcription involving both languages.
• Ability to capture emotional nuance and intent in spoken content.
• Commitment to work at least 15 hours per week remotely.
• Self‑motivated with minimal supervision.
