EMEA Sales Operations Manager

About the role

The EMEA Sales Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the EMEA Commercial Excellence organization, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and ensuring that the CRM infrastructure, processes, and tools support a recurring revenue model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, administer and maintain the regional CRM, ensuring data quality, health and velocity.
• Create and co‑pilot market‑specific dashboards that deliver clear KPI insights.
• Drive daily and weekly sales cadence for reps and managers according to guidelines.
• Improve conversion rates through full usage of the Culligan Way of Selling modules, especially proposal excellence.
• Develop tools and processes that support recurring revenue models and new sales channels.
• Support sales managers with quota setting, incentive structuring and compensation alignment.
• Monitor, report and analyse sales KPIs, highlighting leading indicators for proactive performance management.
• Partner with markets to improve MQL performance and closure rates, leveraging AI, LinkedIn Navigator and other prospecting tools.

Required profile

• Proven ability to structure EMEA‑wide CRM and productivity dashboards and deploy them across markets.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Adaptability to adjust tools, processes and priorities as sales strategies evolve.
• Customer‑orientation with a focus on internal sales support and timely, reliable delivery.
