About the role

DVELGE GROUP is seeking qualified and experienced trainers to deliver professional English (Business English) and cybersecurity courses to adult learners. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that meet the specific needs of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interactive classroom sessions in Business English or cybersecurity topics.
• Develop and adapt training materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Customize content to match client objectives and industry standards.
• Participate in technical and pedagogical evaluation processes.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written English for English trainers; strong cybersecurity background for security trainers.
• Relevant academic qualification in English, IT, networking, or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in delivering training or instructional sessions.
• Demonstrated pedagogical aptitude and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

Required skills

• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• In‑depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, AWS, CEH, CISSP (preferred).
