GTM Coordinator

About the role

The GTM Coordinator will lead the implementation of Promasidor’s Go‑to‑Market strategy across Guinea. You will coordinate all GTM activities, provide technical support, and ensure users adopt the GTM system effectively to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set clear volume targets and performance goals for users and teams.
• Analyse daily performance data for individuals, teams and clients and report against key indicators.
• Build and manage a network of GTM Champions among STC members.
• Oversee device setup, software upgrades and provide ongoing technical support.
• Conduct field and classroom GTM training at least twice a year and maintain an up‑to‑date user manual.
• Organise GTM competitions and recognition programmes to boost adoption.
• Develop daily performance tracking tools for supervisors.
• Generate insights from GTM data to optimise route‑to‑market execution.
• Analyse distribution channel performance and participate in testing new software features.
• Deliver accurate reports to the Regional GTM Team and support the sales team in issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with computerized information systems and data analysis.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain principles and familiarity with Conakry’s geography.
• Experience creating optimized route plans using routing software.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
