Fleet Manager

About the role

Plan, prioritize, and manage technical service activities and a team of technicians to ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards and customer service agreements are fulfilled.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously increase technical knowledge through self‑training and company/OEM courses, and represent BIA’s values on the field.
• Ensure HSE standards and procedures are complied with, conduct safety briefings, enforce PPE use, and carry out risk analyses (Take‑5, JHA) before activities.
• Develop, evaluate, and review technical service procedures, monitor cost and effectiveness, and plan service activities to meet maintenance contracts and service‑level agreements.
• Estimate cost, time, and resources for installations and upgrades, prepare work orders, and track progress against estimates.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and good knowledge of English.
• Minimum 5 years experience in mining or construction, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical school diploma and ability to manage a team of technicians.
