Investment Analyst – Conakry, Guinea

About the role

CrossBoundary Advisory is seeking an Analyst to join its Conakry office and support frontier‑market investment transactions across Africa. The role combines rigorous financial analysis with market research, investor outreach and the development of transaction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Create investor documents such as teasers, investment memoranda and business plans.
• Conduct macro‑economic, regulatory and operational research for target sectors.
• Provide sector analysis for priority investment areas and identify qualified investors.
• Develop valuation and operational financial models.
• Coordinate due‑diligence, transaction execution and monitoring activities.
• Manage investor relationships and organise conferences or networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Self‑starter with a passion for emerging‑market impact.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Willingness to live and work in Guinea.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
