Lead – Control Room

About the role

Fleet Expertise is seeking a Lead – Control Room to manage real‑time fleet operations from its control centre in Conakry. The role combines operational monitoring, data analysis and team leadership to ensure optimal fleet performance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Control Room team and daily fleet monitoring activities.
• Monitor fleet operations in real time using GPS tracking and telematics systems.
• Analyse telematics and operational data to identify trends, risks and performance gaps.
• Develop, track and report fleet KPIs and operational performance indicators.
• Prepare regular performance dashboards and fleet availability reports.
• Coordinate incident identification, escalation, follow‑up and closure.
• Ensure compliance with monitoring procedures, operational standards and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Fleet Management, Transport Operations, Maintenance, HSE and drivers to improve performance.

Required profile

• Experience in fleet management, transport operations, logistics or telematics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of operational and telematics data.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a 24‑hour, shift‑based environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team‑management skills.
• Highly organized, disciplined and results‑oriented.
• Bilingual French/English is an advantage.
