Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Conakry, Guinea. The role involves managing supply‑chain operations, coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The coordinator will act as a liaison between vendors, customers and internal teams to keep processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day supply chain activities and shipment scheduling.
• Track shipments, maintain accurate records and monitor delivery performance.
• Liaise with vendors, customers and internal departments to resolve logistical issues.
• Ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods.
• Support customer service by providing accurate shipment information.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimise processes.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field (advantage).
• Previous experience in logistics, distribution or supply‑chain operations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French.
