About the role
Join Rio Tinto's Young Graduate Programme in Mining Engineering. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates who want to develop their skills and contribute to the Simandou Iron Ore Project in Guinea.
Required profile
- Graduated in Mining Engineering, Mining Engineering or a related field in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Good written and oral communication, with basic English proficiency.
- Proficiency with office tools.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Driving licence is an advantage.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite.
