Project Delivery & Market Entry Representative (Guinea)

About the role

Vanzbon Group is looking for a hands‑on Project Delivery & Market Entry Representative to support international and Chinese‑invested businesses establishing operations in Guinea. The role involves coordinating company registration, office/site setup, visa and residence processes, and daily liaison with government bodies and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist companies entering or operating in Guinea with registration, documentation, and follow‑up with relevant authorities.
• Support work‑visa, residence permit, and immigration procedures, including document preparation and submission tracking.
• Coordinate office space or business site matching, communicating with landlords and business parks.
• Act as the day‑to‑day liaison between clients, government offices, industrial stakeholders, and service providers.
• Clarify process requirements, timelines, and document lists for local setup and operations.
• Maintain organized records of project documents, approvals, and communications.
• Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and help escalate bottlenecks.
• Support relationship‑building with local partners and service resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Business or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in legal/compliance support, corporate registration, immigration coordination, government liaison or commercial advisory in Guinea.
• Familiarity with company registration, visa/residence processes, and office/site leasing in Guinea.
• Strong execution, coordination and follow‑up abilities.
• Fluent French and/or Portuguese, strong English communication; basic Chinese is a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in Guinea.
